By accessing or using the services provided by GetWebDigital ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
We provide digital marketing, web development, and related services. All services and packages listed on our website are fully customizable. Final deliverables, timelines, and costs will be agreed upon in a written contract or statement of work before commencement.
For monthly retainers, a minimum 3-month commitment is generally required unless otherwise stated in your custom contract. Payments are due upfront for the month of service. Ad spend budgets are separate from management fees and are paid directly to the respective advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., custom website code, creatives). GetWebDigital retains the right to use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
GetWebDigital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
